O objetivo era retirar uma pixação na pedra do cume dos turistas, como também realizar a troca das fitas vermelhas que demarcam a trilha, pois já estavam prejudicadas pela ação do tempo. Após um longo período na montanha, em especial trabalhando muito na retirada da mancha realizada por vândalos, os trabalhos foram concretizados com êxito, e aqui fica um apelo para que situações como esta não tornem a ocorrer.
